professionals who work with adolescents with current information relevant to the
diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders in adolescents.
Dunwei Gong (M’14) received the B.Sc. degree in mathematics from China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 1992, the M.Sc. degree in control theory and applications from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 1999, respectively. He has published over 180 publications. He obtained two awards issued by Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province, China, respectively, in recent three years. His interests include computation intelligence in multi-objective optimization, dynamic and uncertain optimization, as well as applications in software engineering, scheduling, path planning, big data processing and parsing.
Dr. Wael A. Altabey is an Associate professor since June 2020 in the Mechanical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt. He was awarded a postdoctoral research certificate in 2018, from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, after completing a postdoctoral research fellowship for two years, in Artificial Intelligence (AI) based schemes for structural health monitoring (SHM) and damage detection of composite structures, and he was awarded a Ph.D. in 2015, in the area of fatigue of composite structures, a Master certificate in 2009, in dynamic systems, and B.Sc. in 2004, in Mechanical Engineering, from Alexandria University. For the past 6 years, his research has focused on the utilization of AI-based schemes for SHM in the research group at Southeast University. He has published over 40 refereed papers, 15 conference papers, 8 chapters in books, more than 5 full books.
RAGAB A. EL-SEHIEMY, Senior Member IEEE, was born in Menoufia, Egypt, in 1973. He received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Menoufia University, Egypt, in 1996, 2005, and 2008, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, and Kafrelsheikh University, Egypt. He received the Prof. Mahmoud Khalifia Award in Power System Engineering from Academy of research and technology in 2016. His research interests include smart grid and its applications, optimization and AI, and its application to power systems.
Simon Fong graduated from La Trobe University, Australia, with a 1st Class Honours BEng. Computer Systems degree and a PhD. Computer Science degree in 1993 and 1998 respectively. Simon is now working as an Associate Professor at the Computer and Information Science Department of the University of Macau. He is a co-founder of the Data Analytics and Collaborative Computing Research Group in the Faculty of Science and Technology. Prior to his academic career, Simon took up various managerial and technical posts, such as systems engineer, IT consultant and e-commerce director in Australia and Asia. Dr. Fong has published over 432 international conference and peer-reviewed journal papers, mostly in the areas of data mining, data stream mining, big data analytics, meta-heuristics optimization algorithms, and their applications. He serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Network and Computer Applications of Elsevier, IEEE IT Professional Magazine, and various special issues of SCIE-indexed journals. Simon is also an active researcher with leading positions such as Vice-chair of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Task Force on "Business Intelligence & Knowledge Management", and Vice-director of International Consortium for Optimization and Modelling in Science and Industry (iCOMSI).
Xiao-Zhi Gao received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the Harbin Institute of Technology, China in 1993 and 1996, respectively. He obtained his D.Sc. (Tech.) degree from the Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University), Finland in 1999. He has been working as a professor at the University of Eastern Finland, Finland since 2018. He is also a Guest Professor at the Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing Normal University, and Shanghai Maritime University, China. Prof. Gao has published more than 400 technical papers in refereed journals and international conferences. His current Google Scholar H-index is 31. His research interests are nature-inspired computing methods with their applications in optimization, data mining, machine learning, control, signal processing, and industrial electronics.
Qu Boyang received the B. A degree and PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2007 and 2012 respectively. He is an associate editor of Swarm and evolutionary computation, an SCI indexed Elsevier Journal. His research interests include swarm and evolutionary algorithms, pattern recognition, and application of swarm, evolutionary & machine learning algorithms. He has published over 100 research papers and his publications have been well cited.
Professor S. Ramabalan is the Principal and Professor at the department of Mechanical Engineering at E.G.S Pillay Engineering College. He completed his Doctoral Studies in “Robotics” at Anna University, Chennai between 2005 and 2009. His expertise lies across various fields and sub fields of robotics including, Intelligent Robotics, Nanobots, Automation in Manufacturing and various artificial intelligence related optimization techniques. He has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed articles in international and national journals and conferences, while the citations of his publications are approaching 700. He is also fulfilling his editorial duties at some national and international journals and conferences.
Dr. Yu Xue received his Ph. D. degree from School of Computer Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, in 2013. Currently, he is a professor at the Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. He was a visiting scholar in the School of Engineering and Computer Science, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand (08.2016-08.2017) and a research scholar in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Michigan State University, the United States of America (10.2017-11.2018). His research interests include Evolutionary Computation, Machine Learning, and Data mining.
Prof. John is a university professor, researcher and consultant over the last 20 years, with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has national and international experience and leading research and technology development teams on several topics related to AI, producing unique innovations in technology and business areas, such as natural language processing (NLP), text analytics and machine learning (ML). He is mentoring people at undergraduate, graduate and professional levels and has been teaching for more than 25 years and has supervised more than 40 theses.
Nebojsa Bacanin received his Ph.D. degrees from Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade in 2015 and from Faculty of Business Studies, Megatrend University in 2014. After completing his duties as a vice –dean, he joined the field of teaching at the faculty of Informatics and Computing at Singidunum University. During his 13-year career in teaching, he has supervised many PhD researches. He is involved in scientific research in the field of computer science and AI. He is a member of numerous editorial boards, scientific and advisory committees of international conferences and journals; and has published more than 100 papers in well-known journals.
Dr. Igor Bychkov is a member of a number of scientific and expert councils, editorial boards of scientific journals. Leandro dos Santos Coelho received a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Brazil, in 1994 and 2000, respectively. He earned his MS and Doctoral degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil, in 1997 and 2000, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Automation and Systems, Pontifical Catholic University of Parana (PUCPR) and Federal University of Parana (UFPR), Brazil. He is interested in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, nonlinear identification, optimization, forecasting and control systems.
Prof. El-Houshoudy is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute at the Faculty of Engineering. His main research work revolves around petroleum, gas and polymer related studies. Prof. El-Houshoudy is also affiliated with other international journals like, Journal of Geographical Research, Journal of Petroleum & Petrochemical Engineering, Journal of Petroleum and Environmental Biotechnology Research and many others. Dr. Feng is currently a Professor at the College of Computer Science, Chongqing University, China. His research interests include Computational and Artificial Intelligence, Memetic Computing, Big Data Optimization and Learning, as well as Transfer Learning. His research work on evolutionary multitasking won the 2019 IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation Outstanding Paper Award. He is Associate Editor of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine, Memetic Computing, and Cognitive Computation. He is also the founding Chair of the IEEE CIS Intelligent Systems Applications Technical Committee Task Force on “Transfer Learning & Transfer Optimization” and the PC member of the IEEE Task Force on “Memetic Computing”. He had co-organized and chaired the Special Session on “Memetic Computing” held at IEEE CEC’16, CEC’17, CEC’18, CEC’19, and the Special Session on "Transfer Learning in Evolutionary Computation" held at CEC’18, CEC’19.
Kaizhou Gao received the Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2016. From 2012 to 2013, he was a Research Associate with the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, NTU, where he has been a Research Fellow from 2015 to 2018. He is currently an assistant professor with the Macau Institute of Systems Engineering, Macau University of Science and Technology. His research interests include intelligent computation, optimization, scheduling, and intelligent transportation. He has published over 70 refereed papers. He is an associate editor of international journal Swarm and Evolutionary Computation.
Shangce Gao received his Ph.D. degree in innovative life science from University of Toyama, Toyama, Japan in 2011. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, University of Toyama, Japan. His current research interests include nature-inspired technologies, mobile computing, machine learning, and neural networks for real-world applications. Dr. Gao was a recipient of a Best Paper Award at IEEE International Conference on Progress in Informatics and Computing, the Shanghai Rising-Star Scientist award, the Chen-Guang Scholar of Shanghai award, the Outstanding Academic Performance Award of IEICE, and the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award of IPSJ.
Thomas Hanne received master's degrees in Economics and Computer Science, and a PhD in Economics. From 1999 to 2007 he worked at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics (ITWM) as senior scientist. Since then he is Professor for Information Systems at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and Head of the Competence Center Systems Engineering since 2012. Thomas Hanne is author of more than 140 journal articles, conference papers, and other publications and editor of several journals and special issues. His current research interests include multicriteria decision analysis, evolutionary algorithms, metaheuristics, optimization, simulation, systems engineering, software development, logistics, and supply chain management.
Prof. He, obtained his PhD from the University of Hohenheim in Germany, and began his career as a professor in the China Agricultural University, China. He is the head of Centre for Chemicals Application Techniques in CAU, the member of International Standards Committee ISO/TC 23/SC 6, the deputy director of the National Plant Protection Machinery and Mechanical Cleaning, and the expert of agriculture planting group of MORA. His scientific research work has long been associated with the field of agricultural mechanization engineering and pesticide application technology. Prof. He is the author or co-author of 15 books, 185 international, and peer-reviewed publications. Until now, 32 PhD-theses have been completed under his supervision.
WEI-CHIANG HONG (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in management from Dayeh University, Changhua, Taiwan, in 2008. He is currently a Professor with the School of Computer Science and Technology, Jiangsu Normal University, Xuzhou, China. His research interests mainly include computational intelligence (neural networks and evolutionary computation), and application of forecasting technology (ARIMA, support vector regression, and chaos theory) and machine learning algorithms. His articles have been published in Energy Policy, Applied Energy, Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, Applied Mathematical Modelling, the International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems, Electric Power Systems Research, and the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON FUZZY SYSTEMS, among others. His research interest mainly includes computational intelligence and application of forecasting technology.
Dr. Sunil Kumar Jha received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Physics from the VBS Purvanchal University, India, in 2003 and 2005, respectively, and Ph.D. degree in Physics from Banaras Hindu University, India, in 2012. From 2012 to 2015, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Kyushu University, Japan, and Hanyang University, Korea. From 2015 to 2016, he worked as Assistant Professor at University of Information Technology and Management, Poland. Since 2017, he has been an Associate Professor at the School of Computer and Software, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China. He has published 75 research papers in international journal of repute. His research interests include chemo-informatics, health informatics, artificial intelligence, data mining and pattern recognition applications in renewable energy, nano‐informatics, agro-informatics, education, etc.
Dr. Igor Kotenko is a Chief Scientist at the St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is also a Professor at the Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics University and the Bonch-Bruevich Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications. He is the author of more than 600 refereed publications, including 14 books and monographs. Dr. Kotenko's main research results are in artificial intelligence, telecommunication, and cyber security. He was a project leader in the research projects from EU FP7 and FP6 Projects, HP, Intel, F-Secure, Huawei, etc.
Dr. LI Ge is an Associate Professor at Peking University. He obtained his Ph.D from Peking University, and has been a visiting associate professor at Stanford University. He was one of the earliest researchers engaged in the study of the computer program language model based on deep neural networks, and the study of end-to-end program code generating techniques. His current research mainly concerns applications of probabilistic methods for machine learning, including program language process, natural language process, and software engineering.
Dr. Jun-qing Li received his Master's in computer science and technology from Shandong Economic University, Shandong, China in 2004, and a Ph.D. in 2016 from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. Since 2004, he has been associated with the School of Computer, Liaocheng University. Since 2017, he has been associated with School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong Normal University, where he became a Professor in 2017. His current research interests include intelligent optimization and scheduling. He has authored more than 50 refereed papers.
Dr. Zhiyun Lin received his PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada, in 2005. He then worked in University of Toronto as a Postdoctoral Researcher from 2005 to 2007. He joined Zhejiang University, China, in 2007, and worked at the College of Electrical Engineering as a professor from 2007 to 2017. In 2017, he moved to Hangzhou Dianzi University, China, as a director of Artificial Intelligence Institute. He held visiting professor positions at The Australian National University, University of Cagliari, University of Newcastle (Australia), University of Technology Sydney, and Yale University. His research interests lie mainly in multi-agent systems, distributed control and optimization, autonomous robots, etc. He was an associate editor for IEEE Control Systems Letters and Hybrid systems, nonlinear analysis.
Doctor James Llinas is an Emeritus Professor in the Departments of Industrial and Systems Engineering and dual-appointed in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo, in Buffalo, New York, USA. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Multisource Information Fusion (CMIF), the only systems-oriented academic research center for Information Fusion in the United States; the Center has done extensive research for many clients.
Luo Wenjian, PhD is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and senior member of IEEE/ACM/CCF in 1998 and 2003 . He was awarded bachelor's degree and a doctorate from the Department of Computer Science, University of Science and Technology of China. Before joining Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), he worked as a postdoctoral lecturer, and associate professor in the School of Computer Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology of China.

Dr. B K Panigrahi is working as a professor in the Electrical Engineering Department, IIT Delhi, India. Presently he is also acting as Head, Centre for Automotive Research and Tribology (CART), IIT Delhi. Prior to joining IIT Delhi in 2005, he has served as a faculty in Electrical Engineering Department, UCE Burla, Odisha, India from 1992 to 2005. His research interest includes application of AI and ML tools and techniques to power system planning, operation, control and protection. Professor Panigrahi is also monitoring the issues of EV charging infrastructures and the impact of fast charging infrastructure on the grid. He is serving as the editorial board member / associate editor/ special issue guest editor of different international journals published by IEEE, IET, Elsevier, Springer etc. Dr. Panigrahi has published more than 500 research papers in various international and national journals. Ali Sadollah received his BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Azad University, Iran in 2007 and University of Semnan, in 2010, respectively. He obtained his PhD at University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 2013. He served as a research fellow for 2 years at Korea University and one year at NTU in Singapore. He has this honor to serve as a postdoc research fellow for one and half year at Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran. Currently, he is assistant professor at University of Science and Culture, Tehran, Iran. Research interests: Soft Computing Applications in Engineering, Optimization and Metaheuristics, and so forth.
Mohamad Sawan Received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Sherbrooke, Canada, in 1990. He is a Chair Professor Founder and Director of the Center for Biomedical Research And INnovation (CenBRAIN) in Westlake University, Hangzhou, China. He is also Emeritus Professor in Polytechnique Montréal. He is Vice-President Publications (2019- Present) of the IEEE CAS Society. Dr. Sawan published more than 800 peer reviewed papers, and 12 patents. He received several awards, among them the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal, and the medal of merit from the President of Lebanon. Dr. Sawan is Fellow of the IEEE, Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, and Fellow of the Engineering Institutes of Canada. He is also “Officer” of the National Order of Quebec.
Professor Simon See is the Senior Director & Chief Solution Architect for Nvidia AI Technology Center, Professor and Chief Scientific Computing Officer at Shanghai Jiao Tong University & Professor in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Universitas Indonesia and committee member of more than 50 conferences. He is involved in smart city projects, especially in Singapore and China. His research interests are in High-Performance Computing, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Science, Applied Mathematics and Simulation Methodology. He leads some of the AI initiatives in the Asia Pacific. He has published over 200 papers in these areas and won various awards.
Siamak Talatahari received his Ph.D degree in Structural Engineering from University of Tabriz, Tabriz, Iran. After graduation, he joined the University of Tabriz where he is presently professor of Structural Engineering. He is the author of more than 100 papers published in international journals, 30 papers presented at international conferences and 8 international book chapters. Dr. Talatahari was recognized as “Elite” by Iranian Elites Organization, “Distinguished Scientist” of Ministry of Science and Technology and as “Distinguished Professor” of the University of Tabriz. He was also selected as “Top One Percent of the World’s Scientists and Academics” for 6 times from 2014 and “Distinguished Scientist of Iran Forefront of Science”. In addition, he has been selected to receive the “TWAS Young Affiliate ship” from the Central & South Asia Region. He has organized many international conferences and served as editor of several international journals. He also edited three books published by Elsevier.
Rui Wang is a professor at the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT). He obtained education in mathematics and management and received a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering in 2014 from the University of Sheffield, U.K. under the guidance of Peter Fleming. Before he joined the NUDT, he was a visiting researcher at IPN-cinvestav and IIT-Kanpur in 2013, and a research fellow at CityU HK in 2014. His main research interests include evolutionary computation, multi-objective optimization and the development of algorithms applicable in practice.
Gai-Ge Wang is an associate professor at Ocean University of China, China. He obtained his Ph.D degree on Computational Intelligence Techniques and Its Applications at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. Xuesong Yan received the M.S. degree in Computer Application Technology from China University of Geosciences in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Software and Theory from the School of Computer Science, Wuhan University in 2006. He is currently an associate professor in China University of Geosciences and the Editorial Board member of International Journal of Bio-Inspired Computation. His research interests are in the areas of intelligent optimization and applications, artificial intelligence and applications and computer applications
Dr. Zhan is currently the Changjiang Scholar Young Professor with the School of Computer Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China. His current research interests include artificial intelligence and evolutionary computation. Dr. Zhan’s doctoral dissertation was awarded the IEEE CIS Outstanding Ph. D. Dissertation. He was a recipient of the Outstanding Youth Science Foundation in China and the Wu Wen-Jun Artificial Intelligence Excellent Youth in China. He is listed as one of the Most Cited Chinese Researchers in Computer Science. He is currently an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation and the Neurocomputing.
Yong Zhang received the BSc and PhD degrees in Control Theory and Control Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He is a professor in the School of Information and Control Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology. His research interests include intelligence optimization and data mining.
Qing Zheng, Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at California Baptist University, received the Doctor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University in 2009. Before joining California Baptist University, she worked at Gannon University for nine years and at Beijing Institute of Control Devices in China for five years. Her research interests include the following areas: active disturbance rejection control, multivariable control and optimization with emphasis on their applications in biomedical systems, power systems, MEMS, fuel cell, cargo ship steering, chemical processes, and other real industrial problems.
Kaifeng Chen received a Ph.D in applied physics from Stanford University in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, he worked at Pinterest Lab as a software engineer, and from 2019 till date, he is working at Google Research. His research interests include large-scale machine model training, computer vision, generative models and deep learning powered recommender systems.
Quan Hu received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in aerospace engineering from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. From 2014 to 2016, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Aerospace Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, where he is currently an Assistant Professor from 2016. His research interests include intelligent perception and control of space system, multibody dynamics, dynamics and control of flexible spacecraft, space robot.

Prof. Nazarkevych Mariya is a lecturer at the Institute of Computer Science and Information Technology of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine. She received the Bachelor and Master degree in automation engineering at the Ukrainian Academy of Printing. She received a Ph.D in mathematical modeling in 2000. She received a Dr. degree in Security systems in 2013. Mariya is an author of more than 200 publications, including 3 patents for inventions and 2 books. Among them are the monograph "Methods of improving the effectiveness of printing protection by means of Ateb-functions" and the textbook "Development and design of advertising publications. In 2015, she won the Grant of the President of Ukraine to the Doctors of Sciences for her scientific research.
Shahrel Azmin Suandi received his B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering, M.Eng., and D.Eng. degrees in Information Science from Kyushu Institute of Technology, Fukuoka, Japan, in 1995, 2003, and 2006, respectively. He is currently a Professor and the Deputy Dean of Research, Innovation and Industry-Community Engagement at School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Engineering Campus, Penang, Malaysia. Before joining academia, he was with the industries for almost six years as an engineer. His current research interests are face-based biometrics, real-time object detection and tracking, and pattern classification using deep learning. He has served as a reviewer for several international conferences and journals, including IET Biometrics, IET Computer Vision, Multimedia Tools and Applications, Neural Computing and Applications, Journal of Electronic Imaging, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Access, and others.
