Abstract

SHS investigation development is considered from the geographical and historical viewpoint. 3 stages are described. Within Stage 1 the work was carried out in the Department of the Institute of Chemical Physics in Chernogolovka where the scientific discovery had been made. At Stage 2 the interest to SHS arose in different cities and towns of the former USSR. Within Stage 3 SHS entered the international scene. Now SHS processes and products are being studied in more than 50 countries.

Abstract

Social media, as a rapidly evolving and collaborative platform, has developed beyond its primary goal of connecting people to become a critical instrument in fostering innovation in business operations. This chapter analyzes the manner in which corporations employ social media to facilitate immediate communication, boost customer interaction, and acquire significant knowledge through data analytics. We evaluate various case studies that indicate how the integration of social media has resulted in better efficiency, increased innovation, and a competitive edge across a number of industries. Moreover, the chapter discusses the obstacles and techniques connected with integrating social networking sites with organizational goals and procedures. By appreciating these features, companies may efficiently harness the power of social media to promote innovation and sustain their competitive edge in the age of technology.
