Abstract

SHS investigation development is considered from the geographical and historical viewpoint. 3 stages are described. Within Stage 1 the work was carried out in the Department of the Institute of Chemical Physics in Chernogolovka where the scientific discovery had been made. At Stage 2 the interest to SHS arose in different cities and towns of the former USSR. Within Stage 3 SHS entered the international scene. Now SHS processes and products are being studied in more than 50 countries.

Abstract

The purpose of this chapter is to look at the implications of AI for HR administration. Using AI in human resources is not novel. But as the technology advances, it is gradually integrated into more and more tools and programs. AI has the ability to increase productivity and speed up the decision-making process, but it also presents serious moral concerns. Recruiting, initial orientation, instruction, and continuing analytics have all been simplified thanks to AI. Data-mining an organization's HR system with AI can reveal which staff members are most likely to leave, allowing for more targeted efforts to retain them. To back up the organization's commercial plans, AI will additionally assist to discover gaps in skills and expertise. There is no doubt that AI has the potential to improve processes and increase output. HR departments everywhere can benefit greatly from this tech's ability to track and analyze employee actions and habits. Companies today are embracing technology advancements in order to compete in today's intricate market.
