Abstract

SHS investigation development is considered from the geographical and historical viewpoint. 3 stages are described. Within Stage 1 the work was carried out in the Department of the Institute of Chemical Physics in Chernogolovka where the scientific discovery had been made. At Stage 2 the interest to SHS arose in different cities and towns of the former USSR. Within Stage 3 SHS entered the international scene. Now SHS processes and products are being studied in more than 50 countries.

Abstract

Globally, digitalization is changing economies and influencing how businesses create and sell their products. It has the potential to increase creativity, productivity, and economic growth. This chapter set out to ascertain what technological resources are required by small business executives in order to effectively leverage IT to boost company performance. IT has multiple benefits for SMEs/MSMEs including essential for the development of a company, for looking into emerging markets, for merchandise demand, for productivity and income, for staff development, and for the use of remote techniques of labor. It is concluded that the technology has an influence on SMEs’ performance.
