Abstract

The culture could determine leadership style. Regardless of the style, there are certain characteristics the leader should possess. Different outcomes were studies to assess the differences between different leadership styles. Appropriate model, and measure should be used to assess the appropriate leadership style and its outcomes. Though, the characteristics of the leader and the employee and the type of the organisational structure would determine the leadership style.
